Chef Mo began making home-cooked meals with his mother when he was just a boy. What began as a simple task of preparing food for his family eventually turned into a passion for using the culinary arts to share the flavors of his Pakistani roots with the world.

Over the past 20 years he has dedicated his career to creating delicious and authentic cultural dishes. By learning to master the traditional recipes he was brought up with, and combining them with his own personal touch, he has managed to create a menu that is both appetizing and aesthetically exquisite.
