Before heating the melted glue, the pressure of the storage bucket must be released first.</p> <p></p> <p>Preparation for operation</p> <p>1. Confirm the safety protection measures</p> <p>2. Check if the machine is 110VAC and there is no fluctuation in the pressure</p> <p>3. See if the temperature of the plastic bucket is set at about 170 degrees (different hot melt adhesives have different softening points. For specific setting values, refer to the data provided by the hot melt adhesive supplier)</p> <p>5. Check whether the foot switch is connected and whether any conductive objects have touched the components in the electric control box.</p> <p>6. Check if the air supply system is basically dry and the air pressure is stable</p> <p>7. Power on and test the circuit of each part.</p>

Boot steps

• 1. Connect the power and turn the power switch to ON
• 2. Check if the temperature of the temperature controller is within the above range
• 3. Check whether the pressure relief is turned in the direction of pressure holding
• 4. Connect the origin, set the pressure value, and start the operation

Shutdown steps

• 1. Release the foot switch to cut off the main power
• 2. Disconnect the air pipe, or adjust the pressure regulating valve of the filter cup to 0
